Keep it affordable
Let me tell you, we are a family with eight kids, and typically, we can't afford to do any events like this. Our two six-year-olds never get to do anything alone, and our two-year-old has never been to an event like this before, so we decided to take the three little ones. The bigger ones can do something later.
Although I definitely appreciate the price for tickets and the not bad seating, it was the fact that the toys were $30 and up that was insane. The kids didn't really get to take home any souvenirs because, as I mentioned, we have eight kids. We took three to the show, and had we bought a souvenir for all three of them, I would have spent over $100, which would have been more expensive than our tickets. So, if we could just make the pricing reasonable on the toys and souvenirs for kids, because obviously a lot of people are going to the show since tickets are $10 to $15.
Especially living in Stockton, where a lot of us are low income, I feel like pricing should accommodate that as well. Just some food for thought.
My girls loved every minute of the show and said it was the best day of their lives. We are thinking about making it a yearly thing for them.
